Regular Cancellation and Refund Framework

Qualified for: Complete reimbursement minus handling charges
Period to Process: 5-7 business days
Handling Cost: €50 for card payments

Between 24 to 72 Hours Prior to Charter
Qualified for: Half of the full charter cost
Period to Process: 7-10 business days
Handling Cost: €25 subtracted from the reimbursement sum
Stipulations: A valid motivation is required; admin fees are applicable
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Qualified for: There are no refunds available

Cancellations Due to Weather Conditions
Assurance Against Bad Weather
Our primary concern is safety. If our captain, who is officially certified, considers the weather unsafe for charter activities, we provide adaptable solutions:
- Complete Reimbursement: Offered if rescheduling is unfeasible
- Changing Date: We permit rescheduling for an upcoming available slot without extra fees
- Credit for Charter: Issued and valid for one year from the initial charter date
Procedure for Evaluating Weather
Our evaluation of the weather consists of:
- Assessment of wind force and vector
- Determination of swell amplitude and marine condition
- Visibility and precipitation outlooks
- Addresses from the Coast Guard, including advisories and cautions
- Expert safety assessment by the captain
Deadline for Decision: Decisions to cancel due to weather are made no later than 4 hours preceding the planned departure time.
Reimbursements for Medical Emergencies
Exceptional Events
We comprehend that unforeseen medical events can happen. The instances below may be subject to special refund considerations:
- Unexpected sickness or injury demanding hospital stay
- Passing of a close relative
- Enlistment orders or unforeseeable recall by the military
- Legal summons or notification to serve on a jury
- Catastrophes of nature obstructing travel
Required Proof
To handle any emergency return of funds, we request:
- Physician's note or hospital reports
- Certificate of death (if relevant)
- Orders from the military
- Summons from a court or notice of jury duty
- Travel warnings or emergency proclamations
Processing: Refunds due to emergencies are finalized within 3-5 business days upon the submission of the necessary documentation.
Cancellations by the Operator
Technical Failures
If the vessel assigned to you faces mechanical issues that are irresolvable:
- Replacement Vessel: We will make an effort to arrange a parallel replacement
- Complete Reimbursement: If a similar substitute is not found
- Partial Reimbursement: If the alternative yacht has different pricing
- Compensation: We might offer further compensation for the inconvenience
Inaccessibility of Crew
In the uncommon event that certified personnel are not available:
- Arrangements for alternative crew members will be made when doable
- Full reimbursement will be given if the charter cannot proceed
- Opportunity to reschedule without any additional expense
Return Payments Procedure

Refunds are reissued through the same payment method initially used to make the reservation:

- Direct Bank Deposits: 7-10 business days
- Cash or Check: 3-5 business days

Policies Regarding Charter Credit
Scenarios for Credit Issuance
Charter credits could be proposed as an alternative to returns in particular situations:

- Cancellations due to adverse weather
- Voluntary changes to the reservation
- Interruptions due to operational issues
Terms of Credit
- Validity: 12 months from the date of issue
- Transferability: Credits cannot be transferred to other individuals
- Value: Equivalent to the entire value of the charter; excludes handling charges
- Application: Applicable towards any available charter offerings
- Expiry: No elongation past 12 months
Refunds for Partial Services

- A prorated return based on the time not utilized
- Equivalent credit towards a future charter experience
- Free supplementary services or upgrades
Issues Caused by Guests
If a charter ends prematurely due to conduct of guests or violations of safety guidelines:
- No return for the portion not used
- Total payment is still obligatory
- Possible additional fees

- Reimbursements will be executed in € regardless of the currency used for the initial transaction
- Acquiring travel insurance is highly recommended
- This refund policy may be subject to modifications provided a notice period of thirty days
