What does a typical yacht charter encompass?
Each of our charters is accompanied by a skilled crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and a selection of standard refreshments. Depending on the charter type, inclusions may differ — sunset cruises come with upscale beverages and light snacks, while business charters provide meeting facilities and corporate catering options.
How much time ahead should I reserve?
For optimal availability, it's recommended to book at least 2–3 weeks prior, or even earlier during the busy season from May to September. If you're planning a corporate or private event, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance will secure availability and provide sufficient time for personalization of the experience.
What are the procedures in case of unfavorable weather?
Guest safety is our primary concern. Should the weather be unsafe as judged by our captain, we propose either to reschedule your booking for a later date or to issue a full refund. We continuously watch climate conditions and will inform you 24 hours before if there's concern about the weather on your scheduled departure day.
Is it possible to bring personal food and drinks?
Certainly, guests may choose to bring their own provisions. In addition, we offer exceptional food services that can be tailored to your tastes. For safety, glassware is not permissible on board.
Do your yachts cater to guests with mobility challenges?
We endeavor to make our services accessible to everyone. A few yachts come with better features for ease of access. You are encouraged to discuss any particular necessities during your booking process to ensure we can suggest our most accessible yacht and make any necessary preparations.
What is the policy for cancellations?
Cancellations submitted more than 72 hours before departure are eligible for a complete refund. Those made between 24 and 72 hours before departure qualify for a 50% refund. Any cancellations less than 24 hours prior are generally non-refundable except in situations of adverse weather or mechanical malfunctions on our end.
